It is the aim of Barford Children’s Services to ensure that young people know at all times that their views, wishes and feelings will be listened to and taken into account in all aspects of their care.
It is equally important that when this is not possible that they are supported to understand why. It is our intention that all decisions made regarding young people’s care are shared and discussed and all concerns are taken seriously and responded to as quickly as possible.
Comments, compliments and complaints are an important part of the quality assurance mechanism of Barford and contribute to the continuous review of the effective provision and performances of services. We are committed to making sure that all the children and young people in our care have a voice.
We listen, so they can talk.
