One of the young people we support, TT, has been learning all about the mechanics of a motorbike. He was working in partnership with education provider Axlr8. They are passionate about educating young people and working with all things two-wheeled. They deliver high quality, motor-based alternative curriculum provision.Their aim is to develop young people’s confidence, knowledge and practical skills around road user education, motor vehicle maintenance, mechanics and riding/driving skills. TT, really enjoyed taking a bike apart and putting it back together, and then he got to sit on the finished bike. A great way of teaching useable skills.
